Welcome to our website. Before your browse further in the
site, I would like to share a few thoughts with you
regarding the history of our firm and what makes us
different from the rest.
Our firm was founded in 1990. Our objective has
always been to provide government with the best and most
advanced consulting in the areas of strategic planning,
executive team building, organizational alignment and
citizen
participation dynamics. We work with all levels of
government, from municipal to federal.
All of our senior associates are professionals
with both significant government and private sector
experience. Additionally, our senior associates all have
both taught at the college level and have significant
experience in hands-on
training. Our performance standards balance professionalism
and practicality. Our research keeps us on the cutting edge
of organizational development but our style is
down-to-earth.
Presently our senior associates have a combination of 75
years of government service and over 50 years of private
sector management experience. In our government lives, we
have been corporate counsel, human rights directors, mayors,
city council members, case workers, military advisors,
municipal commissioners, federal advisors, mediators,
trainers and change agents in matters of law and social
engineering. In the private sector, we have been business
owners, managers, consultants, coaches, teachers and change
agents for deep organizational improvement.
We come together in this firm as a result of what we had
achieved and our continuing passion to help government
assess for clarity and improve for cost effective results.
Our reputation for "getting the job done" did not come
along by accident. We choose our clients as carefully as
they choose us. We take the assignments that challenge us
and complete them in a way that completes us. A little risk
in a cup of logic has always been our cup of tea.
Now, more than ever, government demands consultants who can
really make a difference. We bank on that demand everyday.
