Welcome to our website. Before your browse further, I would like to share a few thoughts with you
regarding the history of our firm and what makes us
different from the rest.
I began
this firm in 1990. From the very beginning my objective was
to bring leading-edge information and assistance to small
and medium sized organizations in both the private and
public sectors. In the early days, we concentrated on
helping businesses develop excellent strategic plans for
leaner operations and better positioning to open new
markets.
Twenty
years ago we created the "Family Business Assessment &
Alignment Process to keep family members aligned with
business objectives. This process is the premier business
tool for families; it does more in one day to help family
members get on the same page than other alignment tools do
in a year or ever.
More
recently, we have created additional programs to help small
businesses lean their processes and increase their
flexibility. At this time we are seeing dramatic
improvements in our small business sector. For instance,
last year, across all industries, our average client growth rate was 31%. Additionally,
all of our manufacturing clients from 1990 to today, are
still operating in the black and competing here at home
against the rising tide of international competition and
trade deficits.
