Welcome to our website. Before your browse further, I would like to share a few thoughts with you
regarding the history of our firm and what makes us
different from the rest.
Our consulting firm was founded in 1990. We feel
that education faces so many challenges, it is critical for
boards, administrators, teachers and support staff to have
leading edge consultants to assist with strategic challenges
and organizational improvement. We invest a great deal of
time researching the social, economic and political
realities that affect education and also the mega trends
which will affect education in the future.
We assist education with mergers, strategic
planning, problem solving, school survival, growth dynamics
and high performance team building.
Our point of entry is typically helping a school
board and superintendent develop strategic plans; however,
we also analyze and develop administrative teams and provide
special teacher in-services on a variety of topics.
Going forward, surviving school systems are going
to be challenged to do more than merge. We see an
increasing need for flexible organizations capable of
sustained high performance teamwork. The surviving schools
of tomorrow will be those striving for excellence today.
